The purpose of the Website is to create an online community for students/professionals looking for higher education and you can browse our platforms to view the various exams dates, Result updates, counselling updates, details of schools, colleges, universities, service providers, courses, programs, career counselling etc. and other information available on Platforms. You are not required to provide any personal data as a visitor.
As part of our effort to create this online community, we receive and store information about you such as:

- Education details such as education Interest, current education level, year of passing and/or other preferences/interests (including not limited to preferred location of study, choice of courses)
- If you purchase from campus bull service (my guide) – what you buy, and how frequently you buy.
- If you take a survey or interact with us in various other ways – demographics information that you provide and information about subjects that may interest you.
- If you connect your account to another service such as LinkedIn or Twitter, the other service may send us your registration or profile information on that service that you authorize. This information enables cross-platform data sharing to improve your user experience.

c. Assist third party advertisers to track effectiveness of the promotions they run on our Website, visits to and business at third party’s websites.

For users other than those only signing in to the Free eBooks or Webinar recording page of the Website, we do not share your full name, e-mail, phone number and job title with third parties for their marketing purposes as a matter of course. However, if we decide to share such information, you shall be notified and shall have the option to opt-out from providing us with your personal information above for this purpose.
H. For users signing in to the Free eBooks, colleges and Webinar recording page of the Website, in consideration for free access to a variety of eBooks, webinar recordings and related resources, you agree that eLearning Industry may submit some or all of your Information to the eBook publisher, colleges or webinar presenter who may use it for marketing purposes.

At the time of purchasing or using of any of our test preparation products, counselling products or other tools / services, paid or free, on our platform, we may collect additional information such

- Information pertaining to racial or ethnic origin, religion etc,
- Your score, rank in different entrance exams.

- Enrolment number pertaining to exam/institutions applied to

4.2 Use of Information by other third parties
B. We make reasonable efforts to make sure that our users, who use our Services, will use the information available to them solely for higher studies purposes. However, we cannot control their use of that information outside this scope and we are not responsible for such unauthorized uses.
C. eLearning Industry reserves its right to share your Information with a third party in case of sale merger, control changes, reorganization or liquidation of the Company. All actions will naturally be completed in compliance with applicable laws of personal data and privacy.
In some cases, we may also have a legal obligation to collect personal information from you or may otherwise need the personal information to protect your vital interests or those of another person (for example to prevent payment fraud or confirm your identity).

4.3 Common Application
When you are applying to colleges / universities by using our Common application on campusbull, we may collect the following additional information from you to process your application.
- Stream for which application is filled, course interested.
- Interested college and preferred location of study
- Gender, Nationality, State, Address & Date of Birth
- Father’s / guardian’s name, occupation, mother’s name & Annul Income
- Details of 10 Std with marks scored, school name, school board, passing year
- Details of 12th class / under graduation including stream, marks scored, school name, school board, passing year
- Work experience (if applicable) including companies last worked / working, years of experience, job designation etc.
For purchase of products, we ask for financial information such as bank account or credit card or debit card or any other payment information for processing of payments gate way, we do not retain credit card information
We will collect Personal Information by lawful and fair means. Personal Information may be collected directly from you or authorised representative, or may be collected from a third party such as a licensee or representative authorised by us to provide services to you. We also collect information about the services that you use and how you use them including but not limited to log information and location information
The above information is collected to help us provide you improved and personalized content and services, analyse trends, conduct research and to aid evolution of our product/service offerings to benefit the end user that is you.
We do not collect Personal and Sensitive information unless the information is reasonably necessary for conducting our business functions/activities.

D. We use robust security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and help ensure the appropriate use of data. These technologies help ensure that your Information is safe, secure, and only available to you and to whom you have granted access.
E. We do not tolerate Spam. We may check for spam, viruses, phishing attacks and other malicious activity or illegal or prohibited content of the Website, but we will not permanently store messages sent through these tools.

In case you are a resident of the European Union, the minimum age for these purposes shall be 16 years, however if local laws require that you must be older in order for campusbull.com to lawfully provide the services on the Site to you, then that older age shall apply as the applicable minimum age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the age of 13 years. If we learn that we have personal information of a child below age of 13, we will erase that information from our data.
