  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable in cases of duplicate payment, service non-delivery, or technical/transaction errors on our part.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Consultation sessions once availed, digital resources once shared, and application processing services already initiated are non-refundable.
  • Request Procedure: Refund requests must be made via email at support{{ config('app.name') }} within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment and issue details.
  • Processing Time: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original mode of payment.
